ZOOM is free app, used to organize meetings and meetings where the teacher, lecturer, and businessman help to organize meetings with high quality with the possibility of sharing files with the attendees of the meeting either through the teacher, or the learner provided that each individual has their own account.

how to use zoom meeting app :

The app is downloaded from the web and logged in through Facebook or through Gmail by clicking Sign Up and if you have an account you can access it through Sign in.

To do e-learning remotely click on New Meeting and we have the account you were logged in through

To make an invitation to others click on more and choose invite

The explanation process is done by clicking on Copy URL and sending the link from the teacher to the students, via any means of communication: (WhatsApp, Messenger…). The teacher clicks on share screen and shares the screen, video or any topic he wants to explain, and can also share a whiteboard on which he writes. It records the session by pressing Record.

After the session is completed, the recording is saved in the documents.
